Thanks dscot. For some reason I thought the patents had a longer life. So, the only additional revs will be in collecting in arrears, as it were, from the other infringers if we prevail in this action.
Does anyone have any idea what the potential collective total for all the infringers is? I've seen a number of different company names tossed around but no comprehensive list of infringing parties.
