Eric Holder said there will be no criminal charges filed against IRS employees over targeting of political groups, Holder was held in contempt of Congress, Lerner was the second person in the Obama administration to be held in contempt, pleaded the 5th, executive privilege does not stand if there is found criminality? No wonder Nothing criminal according to Holder with Lerner, but now we have a criminal probe against Lerner over those found Emails thus nullifying this administrations executive privilege, can anything be better than this, the house of cards crashing down.
