I'll put more weight on quarterly filings (although we know those aren't exactly always forthright filings, IMO) before I will blogs from a company that continues to incessantly fabricate myths and fairy tales. Was there any explanation where some extra shares were debt converted earlier this last January and hhse was informed of it? Wasn't Freddie going to come back from Cali and get this rectified and inform the SH's on this status? Perhaps I missed it, but did hangover house remedy this situation, or is it still looming and simply pushed aside for blogs indicating "record sales"? It may not be considered a problem now, but w/very little shares left in the hhse float it magnifies the problem still not being solved, IMO.
