Just a thought here......I have never seen so much volume in CRRS. With such a low float and most of the shares in the owners possession.....where are these shares coming from?

Institutions and Russel Index dumped I'm sure.....but that could have been from 22 cents down to 5 cents (6mill volume that day). Now the entire week had several million traded daily.

Question I have is: could the company be diluting shares to raise more Capitol? Everyone saying EDGX and other MMs are shorting MMs......but could it in fact be the company?
