I think what leaked out was Scott is now in the position to reduce the number of authorized shares. This would improve confidence in the stock that I think will be announced in the CC.
Scott has to keep John Fife happy who still holds a lot of the shares. When Scott changed Elysium to Thedirectory, he reduced the authorized share count by 1.5 billion. There was no R/S.
