A buyout , (while it does fill up the coffers and make it so shareholsers can buy several private islands throughout the world), doesn't do that. This man came to Eltp with enough money to retire on 20 times over. He is not in it just for the greenbacks.

He's in this to make ELITE, it's shareholders, and it's employees a meaningful, substantial and significant player in the pharmaceutical industry.

His success will not only be measured in the soaring stock price, but by how much of a difference he, Elite Pharmaceuticals, and it's people and products can help make the world a better place.

He has gotten his ducks in a row, is checking off the boxes, and is moving steadily on a path of success towards those goals.

This old rancher is just happy to be along for the ride, and will be pleased as punch to rake in bushels baskets full of cash along the way.
