"You are both right actually with what you have posted. The only question is whether the issues raised in the complaint is reason enough for the SEC to step in or not."

You guys are giving Joe way to much credit. The SEC has zero interest in a complaint like this that is small and they know from experience is based on wounded feelings and paranoia alone.
