I absolutley agree with you about options needing to be curbed. We need performance first, and then options.

This company should not be run like a family oligarky when we have over 13,500 shareholders now.

This is a publicly owned company whose owners happen to be all of those shareholders, not just the few running the company.

It is time to tell us what the plan is, and then to achieve those stated results.
