Good point. I hadn't thought of the accounting advantage.
I was thinking Monday announcement to start off the new week, and also the parallel of timing with the Sunworks acquisition.

I also can't help but wonder if JN has decided to hold off on the announcement pending uplist.

However the cookie crumbles, I foresee at least a modest ride upgrade in my future. ;)
