The low institutional ownership in my opinion could be due to both the low shares outstanding and the low market cap. Both of these factors are not institutional friendly. If we get approved by FDA and get a nice price pop to the $20 area, then split 3 for 1, it would be much more attractive to an institution. Castor acquired most of his stock off-market.
