Possible short covering rally coming soon. You can make money in bull and bear markets. Remember pigs get slaughtered. People got to be out of their cotton picking mind to be shorting penny stocks. I remember a few years ago one went from .0001 to 20. Many shorts got wiped out. The SEC has clamped down on brokerage firms recently (not making sure stocks settle/record keeping) and going after naked shorting (not a wise thing to do).
