Jim never said we'd close the MDE deal in February... He said he anticpates its closing in February... I believe the deal is closed and locked down.. So Jim is true to his word.. He just never said the announcement would come in February.. Why waste good news on this OTC playground when institutional $$ can pour in on good news?!? The uplisting should occur quite soon with these legal beagles.. Jim has it together and it will unfold on his terms, not our wishes. I believe he's got more good news to relate as soon as uplisting is official.
