Its not so much Florida or what state as it is hitting next. Here is the formula for a PR coup and a real value home run early. The ECSL product added to E85 is as good as mid grade gas and the E85 pump price is in some cases half that of gasoline; but gives only half the mileage. Add the ECSL product to E85 and there you are. Car gas for half the price at full power, value and mileage. Now that will make headlines and converts!!
