Ferocious selling by VFIN today most likely means that management thinks the odds are now worse of anything positive happening. Some "boots on the ground" real-time feedback.

My .003-.004 range target will occur next week. Some will think they were geniuses for buying and taking a 50% loss in less than a week or two.
