Do not misunderstand the question, The phone conversation is not in question, The curiosity is always with me in a phone conversation Is :
If the person giving out the info is on the up and up then whey not just state it in a filing /PR . Problem with phone calls is it is much like" PIN THE TAIL ON THE DONKEY" We have the tail ( Phone call) but the Donkey is thin air and has no real value until the Phone conversation can be DD etc etc.
