That is correct, but firs they need something to patent, which means, they need technology that will garnish the same results that would warrant a patent without stepping on patented Karolinska's technology and first to patent filings of Cannabix technology. If they can jump those hurdles, then they will be a part of the market. Otherwise they will have to R&D and wait.
