Price, I guess its better to forget that idea. Some things I guess never change. I know so little about Russian society. I know there are non Russians who own and run business's there. I guess it would be a difficult and long process for many Russians to adjust to a new system. Just like here if we didn't have laws to govern the people it would be the wild west. There has to be a middle ground to make it work.
