We don't have Tullow's models but maybe that is why CEPSA got into that other block and then left. They may have gotten what they wanted. Tullow was certainly on a hot streak for a while. Everything they touched was turning to gold. But, like in gambling, hot streaks usually end. I believe that has now happened to Tullow.

I do think the 25% is an accurate number for the type of well ERHC will be drilling. It might vary a little bit to somewhere between 20-33% but it is definitely in that range. Those 70% numbers are ridiculous.
