Offer risked almost NOTHING. Given that conversion is at 60% of market his return is almost guaranteed just like that of the other convertible debenture holders. As I said before, if he really wanted to show support he would have stopped the cycle of convertible debentures and bought stock outright. He didn't do that. He became part of the problem instead of part of the solution. You can praise him for that if you want. And Offor has no reason to pull out. Just like many others here he is married to this stock for better or worse.
