I think you are still missing the point. How many were exploration wells in virgin basins. Tullow and Africa Oil talk all the time about basin-opening wells. That is what ERHC and CEPSA will be drilling. Look at what they, themselves show as a geological probability of success on this type of well and it will be about 25% percent.
