Just to correct your statement, I talked to Jeff Reid on the phone in the past and he comfirmed to me that the FB & Twitter messages are from him. Also I just heard that Reid is now at the Sheraton hotel talking with shareholders that made the trip, although nothing offical is being talked about. I'm expecting to get a few text pictures.

My best guess is that the missing transition team member is himself, Jeff Reid. I highly doubt he knew anything about the KMAG Twitter/Facebook website. It was probably orchestrated by someone on the board to impersonate JR and unload their shares. Nothing will happen on March 30. With no proof on the existence of KMAG, anyone can impersonate JR without his knowledge. Cheers!
