I know it's a harsh assessment but it is not my first rodeo down in pinky land. I will say that the amount of shares being bought in the area around .015 is really what is keeping me here. The base there seems very strong and if they actually produce something real in the next month or so this could be in for a nice ride up. They need a strategic partner to start buying tracking systems or a flat out sale of a few systems. Bottom line, they need to have business lined up for spring and summer or this sits for another year.
