Did anybody actually take the time to read through this latest PR? It's pretty clear that this "Innovative Financing Plan" = "Neither of us have any cash to build this solar system"

They clearly state secondary stock offerings can be used to fund projects like these. Everyone understands what a secondary offering boils down to right? Dilution!

Dilution is never good for a stocks PPS!!
