Very interesting but quite confusing. OTC Markets shows Delaware. In 2008 the last filing showed Delaware as state of incorporation but this NVSOS link shows active but the company dates back to 2001? Something is missing here.

Delmar owned most of the o/s so it's possible when he handed the shell to Robins they cancelled allot of the shares and reduced the Auth as shown in Nevada Entity search.
Just need to wait for an update I guess
