I am long ECIG.

I really misunderstood the whole notion of this R/S. I thought the reverse split would apply to everything, even the A/S. That, to me was more rational. You reverse split the O/S and you leave the A/S alone? Heuh. Indeed it looks like that is what is happening and everybody, but me, seemed to have understood it that way. Indeed with that understanding, we could have up to 285 Millions shares left (assuming the worst case scenario of 1:20 RS). That should be more than enoughh. I still believe we should vote yes for A/S and give the management the power to defend the company in case of hostile take over bid.
