Not questioning his heart or effort, jd. OTC's are highly manipulated and late or no filings as well as numerous other criteria send up red flags and these companies become flipper fodder, not investment material. If he recognizes the importance of getting up to date on filings, then he needs to realize that staying ahead of that curve is equally important. The harsh reality is we've been down this road before with JB. Clearly he's stretched thin, personally and financially. Supporting him IMO is to offer legitimate critiques. His fatal flaw seems to be his lack of acceptance of such critiques. JMO. $EEDG
