1. "That if I do a deal with PCBM, not saying I will, I do not want a lot of O/S shares in All Pro or the new entity."
2. The stucture will still be 51% for me and 49% for the
shareholders.
3. That is why he is not concerned about the total number of
O/S as the R/S will take care of all those shares out there.
4. I also repeat what I've said before that Vince said " that
those that are not in at these prices, if I do a deal, not
saying I will, will be in trouble.
5. The R/S price will be based on the current share price. He says " no one should lose..what's the difference of one share at .0002 or, pick a number of shares x .0002."
# 4 and # 5 are a contradiction and if you say Vince does
not want a R/S his strategy is also a contradiction.
