Reverse split coming soon. This is straight from the company's 10q page 21. 3 months 3.7 million loss this company is doing great.

during the three months ended October 31, 2014, we had an accumulated deficit of $24,066,076, a stockholder’s deficit of $1,025,900 and a net loss of $3,706,192. There is substantial doubt regarding our ability to continue as a going concern.
