Yes.... and the person who stated this "alleged" conversation with Battlrfrogs refused to give us the name and number of the person they "allegedly" talked to.

The letter that was posted from Battlefrogs was very clear that no relationship ever existed between Pleasant Kids and Battlefrogs period!

Additionally, the press release put out by Rico stated PLKD had signed a Partnership Agreement and were the "official" bottled water of the race series.

That's significantly BEYOND negotiating a deal with a company that eventually falls through.

The fact that this press release is just one example of MANY press releases where this CEO has been caught lying leaves ZERO room for a defense!
