No. Thanks to Google, I found an article:

"Sources believe that Samsung is quietly shipping NOR-based flash memories for use in Nokia's phones. The events could turn the flash-memory business upside down, given that Nokia buys NOR devices from a range of vendors, including Intel Corp."
