Sorry for the delay, only get 2 posts a day I’m afraid, had to wait for midnight over your side to pass……
Unfortunately no new news I’m afraid but as is to be expected due to the Tet (CNY) holiday.
What I will say is that I did receive some information a short time back that I chose not to share but on reflection I see no real harm in letting you know now (in fact I see it as a positive as it is a tangible reason for delays rather than the unknown)……
Bear in mind that my source was not directly in contact with Kim or KBLB. I’d rather not say more as I wouldn’t want to get anybody in trouble.
I was told that part of the hold-up is due to both export & import licenses. There is some red-tape needing to be cut through before the export license from USA will be granted. This is understandable when you consider that it is a GMO and the world is scare-crazy about GMOs (for good reason in most cases but not in the case of our lazy, obese, immobile Monster Silkworms). Along with this, the import license into Vietnam is yet to be approved but the impression that my source has been given is that as soon as the USA export license is approved, the Vietnam import license will follow suit with no issue.
Not much information but it is all I have. I don’t want to go as far as to say 'take it with a pinch of salt' but I do not know the source personally (although we have spoken) so cannot vouch for his credibility. All I can say is that I was put in contact with him through a mutual friend and he has nothing whatsoever to gain by being dishonest.
I will post any news I do have provided I do not see it as jeopardising anything Kim is doing.
