I wasn't in the stock when it was a penny. I scan for low floats that have been washed out and are coming off of the bottom. This stock had such a sharp drop that the only resistance is at .0022. With that being said a lot of stocks will usually fill the gaps as long as there isn't any dilution. IMO I think it gets back at least half of what it's lost in the near future.
