PESI. Q4 and Q2 are historically smaller than Q3 - which is their best quarter. Q1 is the seasonally weak quarter. The engineers PESI works with typically take a lot of vacation Jan-Mar - some for snow skiing. It is hard to get stuff done.

And I know the SEC filing says something like Q1 and Q4 are seasonally weaker, but from what I've heard from the company Q4 is a decent Q most of the time.
