Yes, the three keys to mining are management, resource, and money. Though not drilled I believe they would have the resource both in AZ and AK. The problem here is door number three. They have no cash. Many miners in the same boat. It's a tough environment.

We know the risks to a play like this. This isn't Franco Nevada. But to deny the potential is also unfair imo. It's a lotto. They either win big or get thrown away.

Do you know if he is willing to go with a project generator model and let another co. do the drilling or does he want to control that? It would keep him from diluting the shares. Patriot Gold did this successfully with Northern Vertex on their AZ property.
