Look, its doesnt matter what excuse Eric gave for no share holder meeting this weekend because EVERYONE here knows the real reason is because the form 10 is not ready and he does not want to face the shareholders without it.

That whole excuse blog today was written only because of my post about the issue being with the audit and that the consent letter would not be signed in Oct of last year when the audit was suppose to be done and he said he filed with MRM already. Eric saw my post and realized he needed a reason for why the consent letter will be dated just days before the form 10 instead of Oct when he said the audit was already done...and now he has the excuse in place for why the consent letter is going to be just days before form 10 is published. He never had an audit, he never filed with MRM, that all was just a complete and total unquestionable lie. It was not until I forced him to disclose HT had not done an audit that this whole form 10 thing actually even started to really get worked on.

The formatting, the pictures, the exhibits, blah blah blah for the last few months has just been a purposely slow side show story to tell the shareholders as they have tried to delay this as long as possible while scrambling to get the audit portion done. I think we both know when this form 10 does get published (god willing) that we both know that the audit consent letter will not be from back in Oct of last year. It will be so freaking fresh because it just got done.


The issue is...and ALWAYS has been...the audit portion. Everything else is just a typical Eric side show complete with his obnoxious semantics.

Anyone who thinks Eric had audited financials when he said he filed the form 10 originally with MRM all the way back last Halloween....seriously? Mikey told you he did not and he also forced Eric to disclose the deception that Hogan Taylor did their audit was a complete MYTH.
