But wouldn't it have been much more cost effective to lease the plane when you were actually ready to use it/be certified? They have been how going at this for 20 plus years. I would think getting your ducks in a row first, before going out and buying a plane would have made more sense? As for almost all the time the plane has just sat depreciating. Where as they could have leased a newer, compliant plane for certification purposes at a much lower outgoing cost. Even for a company without revs. Anywho. Just asking. It seems putting the cart before the horse.
