I believe in NSPH, their product and services. I don't see a jump in price to 0.76 as another writes, with an increase on O/S and a reverse split looming. I sold my position and will sit by the sidelines and watch, I may lose but I doubt it. I am amazed the price is holding firm after this revelation in the Pre14a, but I still don't like reverse splits, as 9/10 times it kills the overall value of my holdings. A reverse split is usually the kiss of death, UNLESS big investors step in once the share price is over $5.00. JMO GLTA
