shortterm, I went back 24 months and discovered there were only three occasions when the daily RSI-4 was lower than at this hour (which is now at 8.63):

1/6/05--8.22
6/27/05--7.32
7/19/04--5.52

A rally followed each occasion. Can we go lower? I guess so. But I hope note. Is this timeframe sufficient to make a pretty good guess as to future performance? 2X
