I could see why at this stage he wouldn't want to bother with it, he's got a company to build and that is a waste of time/resources at the movement in the grand scheme (no offense BC market). Once running strong and having extra manpower I would imagine its something the company would be much more apt to address. Or perhaps at that point the BC Securities commission will see the company for what it is and correct the matter themselves. If this moves up to the NASDAQ over time I would see no reason for the BC commission to maintain the cease order.
