The recent $15 Million Govt Contract is Great news now and for the future large Govt contract to come. According to Michael Golden, President and Chief Executive Officer, said, "This order represents our largest single military contract to date from the U.S. Army for shipment to Afghanistan. Knowing the Govt is going to select a new manufacturer why would they give $15 Million now to Smith and Wesson? Unless of course the Govt plans to give the new contract to Smith and Wesson. Otherwise all the weapons for Afghanistan would need to be replaced. This looks like a done deal.
