In speaking with Mr. Hart, IR of JALA*, We both agree that the product is wonderful. He confirmed that sales is going as advertised. I mentioned how expansion is the key. I even offered to help gain sales in specified grocery stores in Ohio. He agreed but said the company lacks the capital. He said that there aren't too many venture capitalists out there who are willing to invest in companies, even promising companies like JALA. He said what I (we) can do is buy stocks on the common market. I agreed but asked: Will AS's continue to be issued and distributed, and will there be an RS in the future. He said both are possible. I asked: When for the RS. He said perhaps later this year.
I guess good and bad news with this conversation.

I am deciding to not buy JALA for now. I don't understand how a company with such a good product can't get moving.
