ok....i buy your story...its very believable.....so lets take it a step further and breakdown this $4.3 million deal for the sale of "KNOW HOW". its a three fold question so its gonna require a three fold answer from you...here goes....the 4.3 million dollar deal, (1) whats in it for hicks? (2) whats in it for ELRA CORP?, (3) whats in it for ELAY shareholders? to me, it sounds like a scam. finally you quoted as saying "it is more like $8.6 million in pure 100% profit" unquote......$8.6 million profit for who? so who wins and who looses, because if someone makes $8.6 million then someone has to loose $8.6 million thank you for your answer in advance.
