Pure scam. HALB has shifted it's business plan about six times last year in an attempt to get investor interest.
The latest was a deal with a bunch of other OTC scams to start MMJ farming in Michigan and Canada. The main company leading the deal is World of Marihuana based out of Canada. In Canada you have to be registered and approved producer/grower by the Ministry of Health. The link to the Canadian government approved MMJ producers does not have WOM listed.

Now the other part of the agreement was a company located in Michigan called Michigan Plant technologies. It is set up as an LLC the day the WOM agreement was approved by a judge in Chicago. In Michigan nobody can grow more than six plants. If you are a registered caregiver you can grow six plants or have 2.5 oz of pot per patent authorized and no more than five patents. There is no commercial growing provision in Michigan and no pending legislation to approve it.
This was set up by a shyster lawyer named Randall Goulding who has served time for stock fraud. It turns out that there are all these shells that swapped stock between each other to sell on the open market. There is no MMJ business planned other than a story that will cost you a pile.
