Apple lost a patent case. So what?

Some patent cases are won, and some are lost.

But, when push comes to shove, Apple can use some of the $billions it's going to earn, from secretly backing Eyetalk365, to pay the $533m damages due to Smartflash.

Eyetalk365 income can be used to bail out Apple. No problem.
