Pho House Far North Dallas Continues to Encounter Strong Growth and Traffic

(SAMP), is pleased to announce that it has signed term sheets to for two new Pho House restaurant locations in the Dallas Fort Worth metroplex. Specific locations, terms, and updates are expected to be released next week. Management at USA Restaurant Funding believes there is significant demand to support many more locations due in part to the continuing success seen at its original Pho House restaurant.
Pho House Far North Dallas is exceeding expectations due to special events and increased traffic. The restaurant recently hosted numerous functions including several charity events for organizations such as The Tom Joyner Foundation and The American Heart Association. Dede McGuire, host of the #1 morning show in Dallas, also chose Pho House to host her birthday party and guests included radio personalities as well as local celebrities and athletes.
Additionally, Pho House Far North Dallas has doubled its lunch and dinner traffic over the past month and is expected to continue to grow.
