Those companies who issues frequent PRs are not good for investors in long terms. Reason being such PRs do not carry solid info about the development. We have a very bad experience with a company symble GTE. They had some sort of agreement with Russians to install Stratellite in 30 cities @ the cost of $600M. The Ceo kept issuing PRs regarding the negotiations and even deadline that excited the market until all the dead lines start getting by with out any result. The stock crashed and the whole thing goes to CEO who kept on issuing the prs with dead line of releasing of funds and SP kept on rising.

The best way for such overseas 3rd world contract is to keep silent until something solid is not there to present to investor. I appreciate FMNJ for not issuing such fluffy PRs. Therefore be pateint and hope for the best.
