No correct definition of dilution can bring you any meaningful answer about the content of an upcoming NR. All of us, well most of us are shareholders of millions of share albeit a triple zero stock. I presume that all of us are trying to get our original investment or more in UNGS. With that said unless bashing the stock is in your advantage, what is the point of pouding this stock. I believe that a NR will come out tomorrow or Friday and hopefully the content will be meaty and relevant which will help the stock northbound. I still believe that it is in the CEO'S best interest to steer this ship in a better direction in light of his comments recently that he is one of five largest shareholders and you can tie this to that one week of buying frenzy where 1.1billions shares were acquired...way too many coincidences for me to bash a 0.001 stock with so much upside potential...i can't speculate on the content of the PR as we have been surprised every single time..with that said, good night and good luck to you all....just my opinion.
