I was in another company that was a start up. Same thing happen with them because without the cash to pay for the manufacturing and production of the product they increased AS to sell more shares. Then comes the .0001 share price, so a RS is approved. Stock goes back up to .50 from the RS and within months we are back to the trips. Another RS will come and down again to trips. The product will not sell and they sell the company shell to someone else to use. By the way my 100,000 shares in that company now stands at 27 shares valued at .20
