Looks like the only thing Jerry knows how to successfully implement is a safe harbor clause. All that fancy wording about closed deal and completed deal, all B.S. Bottom line, the deal was never completed, if it even existed in the first place. Up to this point, XOM just like it's sibling XUN is a complete failure!

Investing in OTC stocks is a risk we all take, but at least close up shop so I can take the write off, or reverse split so I can take the loss. Stop holding my funds hostage along with that 10-q lol.
