SO it looks like the average 20 day share price was approx .011 which is a little more than a 2:1 swap.

.46232 of a share = 2.16 shares JPHC for 1 share Pavis.

No need to rant at you know who, who said that this deal wasnt completed. : )

We just entered a company with combined revenues of 30 million, and the future looks bright there... now we need to see how the business model and management is.
